By installing or using the Tabilio browser extension (“Tabilio” or the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tabilio is a browser extension that lets you save, organize, search, and share collections of browser tabs. You can create named groups, add notes, pin favorites, and share groups via public links that expire after 7 days. Tabilio stores your data locally on your device and does not require an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to share illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
4. Shared Content
When you share tab groups via public links, you are solely responsible for the content being shared. We do not monitor shared content but reserve the right to remove content or revoke shared links that violate these terms or are reported as harmful. Shared links automatically expire after 7 days.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tabilio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may revoke shared links, disable API access, or restrict access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tabilio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
